We never make unilateral changes to your infrastructure. Major decisions go through your IT lead, and we document everything so there is never ambiguity about what was done and why.
What size companies typically use co-managed IT?
Most of our co-managed IT clients have between 25 and 200 employees and 1–3 internal IT staff. Below that range, fully managed IT is usually a better fit.
