Does our nonprofit qualify for discounted Microsoft 365 licensing?

Most registered 501(c)(3) organizations in the US qualify for Microsoft’s nonprofit licensing program. Eligibility requires IRS determination letter documentation, and organizations cannot primarily serve government entities or political groups. We handle the verification and application process for you — most organizations are approved within 1–2 weeks.

Can you help write the IT section of our technology grant application?

Yes. We regularly assist nonprofit clients with technology grant applications — writing the IT narrative, providing required documentation (security assessments, asset inventories, project plans), and ensuring the proposed technology solution meets any grant-specific requirements. We only have 8 staff and a very small budget. Are we too small for managed IT?

We use volunteers who bring their own devices. How do you handle that?

This is one of the most common IT challenges in the nonprofit sector. We implement Conditional Access policies through Microsoft Entra ID that allow volunteer and BYOD access to organizational resources — but only from devices that meet your minimum security requirements (screen lock, current OS, no known compromise). Organizational data is kept in the cloud and never stored locally on personal devices.
